        80.  (I) Sleep is crucial for health since the body repairs tissues,
            regenerates cells, and strengthens the immune system
            during rest. (II) Chronic sleep deprivation, on the other
            hand, can weaken immune responses, making it harder to
            recover from illness or injury. (III) Studies have also shown
            that adequate sleep helps regulate stress hormones
            like cortisol, which plays a role in healing. (IV) Cortisol is
            produced by the adrenal glands and manages the body’s
            response to inflammation. (V) That is why prioritising a
            consistent sleep schedule and avoiding screen time before
            bed can enhance the body’s ability to recover.
