I was walking through the path by the river when

A I saw a reddish brown dog carrying a white kitten
in his mouth. I got really worried. The kitten was
soaking wet from tip to tail and it must have been
really frightened. I wanted to save the kitten at
once but I was trembling and I didn't know what
to do. I bent down, acted as if I picked up a stone
and screamed. This made the dog stop for a
while, but it kept on going anyway. He seemed
he would never leave the little cat. He must have
hurt it. I was determined to save it. I ran after the

dog fearlessly.
