PARIS
Paris is the capital and the most crowded city of France. The River Seine runs
through the city and divides it into two halves. Paris is the center of French
economy, politics and culture. It also has many museums, libraries, historical
buildings, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. A civil engineer and an architect
Gustave Eiffel built it in 1889. With a height of 300 meters, it was the highest
tower of the world for a long time. The city has one of the longest underground
subway systems of the world called the Metropolitain. It was built in the early
1900s and it is more than 200 kilometers long. In addition, there are many
traditional restaurants where you can taste different kinds of food in Paris.
