A Work in pairs. Read the following dialogues and write the name of the related area that each
conversation takes place.

Agent Good morning! Can I have your ticket and passport, please?
Passenger Here you are.
Agent Would you like a window or an aisle seat?
Passenger A window seat, please.
Agent Are you checking any bags?
Passenger Just this one.
Agent On the scales, please. OK. Here is your boarding pass. Be at the
gate at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
Passenger Thank you.
Agent Have a nice flight.

Officer Place your carry-on baggage along with metallic objects and electronic
items in the trays for X-Ray screening and step through the scanner.
(Beep beep beep beep)
Officer Please step to the side. Do you have anything in your pockets – keys,
mobile phone or coins?
Passenger Let me check. Oh, my belt!
Officer Put your belt in this bin and walk through the scanner again, please.
