Hello lovely people! Welcome to Food Made Easy Show! What we are going to make today is a really simple,
really delicious Chop Suey. This Assian classic is also a brilliant way to get nutritious veggies in our bodies. It is
very easy and fast to prepare it so you will be done in a couple of minutes. We are planning to attend Street
Vegetarian Festival to celebrate humble veggies of nature soon. You can also join us there to taste this extremely
healthy Asian classic.

It is a flexible dish. You can use as much variety of vegetables as you like. Celery, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, bell
pepper, young corn, green beans and bean sprouts are the most preferred ingredients. You can also add some
meat, chicken or shrimps depending on your choice. Let’s see how we prepare it now!

First, clean and cut the vegetables you prefer, chop the garlic and onion. Next, heat the frying pan,add some olive
oil, add the garlic and onion and stir until it is golden brown. Then, add the vegetables, all seasoning and a little
bit of salt. After that, mix two tablespoons of cornstarch and hot water well. You can add some soy sauce as well.
Cook for 10 minutes. Finally, serve it hot over rice if desired.

If I Won The Lottery

I can imagine how my life would change if I won the lottery. Wow! My life would be so different. Firstly, I would
buy a big, new house because I live in a small flat now. I don’t have a car right now, so I would buy a new car if
I won the lottery.

Of course, if I won the lottery, I would also give money to charity. I would probably give some of my money to
charity foundations that help poor and sick children. Also, if one of my friends needed money for his debts, I
would help him pay for it. I love to cook, and I have always wanted to open a restaurant. I think that if I won a
huge amount of money, I would open a fancy restaurant. Moreover, if I won a lot of money, I would certainly
save some of it in the bank.

The only problem with dreaming about the money I could win is that I have never played the lottery before.
