Sandy Hi, Joe. How are you?
Joe I’m fine and you?
Sandy I’m great because my friends are here. Oh, you don’t know them. I’m sorry. This is Jose, Alisha and
Noah. And this is Joe.
Joe Nice to meet you all. Sandy tells me a lot about you and the summer camp you met. Hmm, let me
think... Jose, you are Mexican. And you are the doctor of the camp, right?
Jose For sure. Nice to meet you too, Joe.
Joe And Alisha, you are Indian. I remember that you are a nurse.
Alisha Namaste, Joe. Yes, your memory is excellent!
Joe Noah, you are the artist from Germany, aren’t you?
Noah Well, I’m an artist but I’m not from Germany. I’m Swiss. Nice to meet you, guys. We love British
people.

Dialog 2
Joe Well, about the summer camp last year. What were your responsibilities there?
Sandy You know I’m a teacher, Joe. So I was teaching during the whole camp!
Joe Oh, I know. What about you Alisha?
Alisha I was helping Jose. He is a doctor and I’m a nurse. We work at the same hospital. We went to the
camp also together.
Jose Yes, we were responsible for the health of everyone at the camp site.
Joe That’s great. And you Noah?
Noah I’m a designer. At the camp I was designing cool toys for the kids. It was fun!
Joe That is absolutely wonderful. I’m an engineer so I can help you if you want to make bigger toys for
the next summer camp.
Noah Haha! I would love that, Joe. Let’s talk about it soon!
