When we think of pyramids, we often think of the ones in Giza, Egypt.
However, the largest pyramid in the world is not there; it is actually in
Cholula de Rivadavia, Mexico. Though the Great Pyramid of Cholula
is only 54 metres tall, its base is four times larger than the base of the
Great Pyramid of Giza. Over time, nature covered it with soil, grass,
and other vegetation, and this made it difficult to spot. The pyramid has
a volume of 3.3 million cubic metres, which is larger than the Pyramid
of Khufu’s 2.4 million cubic metres. According to the BBC, this pyramid
is also the largest monument on Earth that humans have ever built.
Mexico
Norway is a perfect destination if you want to see the Northern Lights,
which are also known as the aurora borealis. The Northern Lights are
a natural light show, and it occurs in the night sky in regions near the
Earth’s magnetic pole. Norway has a high latitude and clear skies,
and this makes it an ideal place to see this beautiful phenomenon.
Tourists can visit Northern Norway in the winter months to witness
the spectacular colours and patterns of the Northern Lights. In
addition, Norway offers a lot of things to do, such as dog sledging
and snowmobiling, which makes it a great place to spend a winter
holiday for those who want to experience the world’s natural wonders. Norway
