                                                   EXTREME SPORTS

Extreme sports are thrilling activities; they push participants to their limits. You will find some important information about three
          of them below.

Surfing is a water sport where a person rides waves using
a surfboard. In order to do it, one needs balance, strength,
and a sense of timing. Surfers wait for the perfect wave
to catch, then paddle out to it and stand up on their board
                                                               to ride it.

Snowboarding is a winter sport where a person slides
down a snow-covered slope on a single board attached
to their feet. You need good balance and coordination so
as to do it. Snowboarders can perform tricks and jumps
in terrain parks or ride in deep powder snow in remote,
              isolated, and difficult-to-access areas.

Rock climbing is a sport where a person climbs up a rock
face or artificial wall using their hands and feet. It requires
physical strength and problem-solving skills to navigate
the route up the wall. Climbers use ropes and equipment
to protect themselves in the event of a fall.

All three sports require safety equipment and proper training before attempting them. As they can be dangerous, taking the
necessary precautions and never attempting them alone is important. Despite the risks, many people enjoy the rush of adrenaline
that comes with participating in them.
